Write and publish an article

Articles start as drafts. Customers only see published pages in search, the widget, Ask AI, and the public help center.

Create an article

1. Go to Articles and select a section, or create a new section.
2. Write a title. Buuk generates a URL slug from it — you can edit the slug before you publish.
3. Press / in the editor to insert headings, lists, callouts, tables, images, and code blocks.
4. Save is automatic. Open version history if you need an earlier draft.

Publish

When the article is ready, publish it. The public URL stays stable as long as the slug does not change.

If editorial approval is on in settings, another editor must approve before publish. You can also schedule a publish time from the article.
